The doughnut giant Krispy Kreme is suing its only New York store because of trademark violations after it moved to cancel its franchise agreement. The New York branch allegedly supplied doughnuts to a "rogue" operation in New Jersey and bought their own materials when they ran out of "key proprietary Krispy Kreme ingredients." [NYP]
