9) Prospect Heights: The Brooklyn Paper brings word that a Mexican restaurant from the folks at Chavella is opening at the corner of Franklin Ave and Sterling St. However, it will not be a branch of Chavella. [PLYWOOD]
10) Bushwick: The Brooklyn Paper also reports that a bar called the Pine Box Rock Shop (it was formerly a casket manufacturer) hopes to open by "early next month". [PLYWOOD]
