The Pink Pig mourns the loss of fine dining and is sick and tired of loud, overly casual, rock star venues: "...what became of elegance in the middle range?...Understand, I am not asking for the clock to be put back - certainly not in terms of the wide range of good ingredients now hunted down by farm-to-table fanatics.
