A surprising item in today's Page Six:

Mike Novogratz -- the billionaire co-founder/president of Fortress Investment Group -- might have the bucks, but his brother, Bob, and wife, Cortney, are surpassing him in the fame department. The developing/designing duo of Bravo's hot "9 by Design" are designing the Jersey Shore's second boutique hotel, Cabana, reports The Post's Jennifer Gould Keil. Shake Shack is slated to open there, too, its first foray in the Garden State.
PR has yet to confirm the news, but hey, if they're already touching down in Miami and the Middle East, why not Jersey? They'll make a killing.
UPDATE: Shake Shack's official statement:
Many thanks for reaching out. We feel extremely fortunate for the great interest in Shake Shack. As you may be aware, we have openly expressed our intention to bring Shake Shack to compelling sites in great neighborhoods. As such, rumors often circulate about potential openings. We have decided not to comment on any of these rumors until we have something concrete to share. At this time we are focusing our efforts on the operations of our existing Shacks, as well as three new Shacks slated to open this summer: Miami Beach, Theater District and the Upper East Side.
