WILLIAMSBURG— Edible Manhattan reports that The Meat Hook and Roberta's will be serving food at the Williamsburg Sunday concerts in East River State Park: "...starting June 20 (that’s in two weeks!) The Meat Hook will be cooking their you-must-eat-these-before-you-die sausages from a new 'Pig Cooker Trailer Grill'...Roberta’s is hard at work building a pizza oven trailer (we hope it has a rooftop garden too!) and that El Diablo, the truck in the backyard of Union Pool on Union Avenue, is also going to represent with tacos."
