My Little Secret, the newish Little Italy speakeasy that opened back in December, may be responsible for putting the final nail in the coffin of the aught's speakeasy trend. In a blistering review of the bar, TONY laments the bar's lazy design, horrible food and lackluster drinks.The cherry on top is a new awning that My Little Secret has recently installed with the word SPEAKEASY in big, bold letters. Following their previous shill efforts, this awning really makes sense. We hear their next promotion will be to bring everyone from the double decker tour bus for one free drink to experience an authentic speakeasy from New York's Prohibition hey-day.
