Failed Mashup Pinch & S'Mac to be Replaced by Grandma's

The Westside Independent reports and a rep confirms that Pinch & S'Mac, the pizza and mac 'n' cheese mashup that opened on the Upper West Side in 2008, has closed. Over the last two years, the dual restaurant has tried diversifying the menu, offering creative new pizza inventions, and adding serious deals. But to no avail.

The same team will open a new classic Italian restaurant called Grandma's. It will be full service, will have a bar, and will be casual and affordable, serving Grandma pies, meatballs, and salads.
