Ma Peche Will Open For Dinner TONIGHT

Momofuku's David Chang has smartly kept the professional critics at bay by delaying the full and final opening of his new Ma Peche as long as humanly possible (about a month). No longer. Tonight, Momofuku Midtown opens to the public for dinner at 5 PM. But remember Chang, it won't buy that much time. If our sources are to be believed, Sifty gave Pulino's six weeks of dinner service before filing a review.
