The owners of Roberta's restaurant in Bushwick have long been raising money and seeking a location for a giant rooftop farm called Brooklyn Grange. They found the space, and weirdly, it's in Long Island City. The 40,000 square foot operation will be the biggest roof top farm in the city. [WSJ]
