Fornino, All Grown Up, Expands to Park Slope This Friday

This Friday, the new Park Slope location of Forino, the five year-old Williamsburg pizza place, will make its debut to the public. Chef and owner Michael Ayoub got his start back in the neighborhood in the early 90's with his restaurant Cucina, so it's nice that his career has come full circle. The 165 seat restaurant serves wine, beer on tap, $12 cocktails, and a wide range of antipasti, grilled pizzas, salads, pasta, and more traditional entrees like mussels, skirt steak, and roast chicken. Basically it's like the first Fornino on steroids. Take a look at the menu below, and send all early impressions to the tipline once she opens up in three days.
