Danny Meyer Brings Shake Shack to the Race Track

According to Flo Fab's Off the Menu column today, Danny Meyer is getting into the gambling game. The restaurateur's catering arm, now called Union Square Events, will open a Shake Shack and a Blue Smoke at the Saratoga Race Course, the famed 150 year-old race track in Saratoga Springs, NY. This new Shack comes in addition for the ones planned for Midtown, the Upper East Side, Miami, and Kuwait.

Meyer will also run the food stands at this year's Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic on Governors Island.
