Crave, the ceviche restaurant that was destroyed in the Midtown crane collapse two years ago, is finally getting ready to open elsewhere. The owners are in talks to buy a four story townhouse on 2nd Ave. between 50th and 51st, across from the original location. Construction will start in September and they'll open next spring.
