Isabella Oven Space to Become Flower Shop; Happy Hour at The Tangled Vine Wine Bar

LOWER EAST SIDE— The space at 64 Grand Street that was once Isabella's Oven and then almost became a new restaurant from restaurateur Jesse Hartman will become a flower shop. The flower shop will become a wine bar. The residents of the Seward Park co-op are surely pleased. [TLD]
