Morimoto Dabbles in the New York Booze Cruise Business

New, 2 comments

PR sends word that Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto is re-launching his summer booze cruise. Actually, the website selling tickets specifically says, "we will serve a few rounds, but it is not an unlimited booze-cruise." But we're going to go ahead and call it a booze cruise, a sushi/sake booze cruise around the island of Manhattan! The $110 fee includes 10 pieces of sushi and a roll (that they promise are super fresh), rounds of drinks, and sunset views of the skyline and the Statue of Liberty, all aboard "New York's most elegant schooner." Of course there is no mention that the Iron Cheffer himself will be aboard, but chances are he signed off on those toro rolls.

We hope they make t-shirts.
