Not surprisingly, the Waverly Inn has chosen a new executive chef, since their original one is off on a leave of absence while launching his nearby sceney restaurant The Lion. Eric Korsh, a veteran of Patroon and Prune, won't be changing the menu. [Diner's Journal]
