Ma Peche's Beef Seven Ways Will Run You $85 a Head

David Chang's Midtown experiment Ma Peche has begun serving their large format meal Beef 7 Ways to friends and family this week, so MomoFans now know what to expect once it's unleashed upon the public. First thing to know: think of it like the Bo Ssam but with way, way more food. Price: $85 a head. It's no deal like the fried chicken, where a $100 flat fee can feed up to eight people, but this is a much more complex scenario. The meal, split up into four courses, includes a beef tongue salad and seared Wagyu, followed by roasted ribeye and lemongrass and Thai basil sausage (with lettuce wraps and all the accoutrements), followed by a centerpiece of braised shank and oxtail, and finished off with beef consumme and a (supplemental) Époisses cheese course.

It's major, and as is the Momo Way, resys will be available online (soon!), digital lottery style. To see some of the food porn Feast has you covered.
