Steve Cuozzo's column today may bean exercise in pointing out the obvious—that many New York hotels have terrible restaurants—but it's worth the read for his takedowns: "Scrawny, overcooked sea bass came soaked in hideous red pepper coulis...Rigatoni were glued together, five to a bunch, amidst weary frizzled leeks and mushrooms...pappardelle closely resembled the contents of a garbage can..."
