As suspected by a commenter after we reported that David Chang's new Midtown restaurant Ma Peche would be serving a large format beef dinner, the meal in question will be Beef Seven Ways. There's no word on when they'll offer it to the public—friends and family lunches begin this week—or how much the going rate per diner will be, but the traditional Vietnamese beef meal typically includes beef salad, beef carpaccio, grilled beef wrapped in piper lot leaf, lemongrass grilled beef, beef sausage, beef meatballs, and beef porridge. Smart money says Tien Ho will do some version of that line up.
