MORNINGSIDE HEIGHTS— This fall, a group of Columbia University students will be launching a food truck called NOM^3. Its focus on seasonal produce and sustainability is meant to provide students with healthier, yet cheaper, options than what's provided in the neighborhood. This past Saturday, the group gave a sneak preview of the goods they'll be cooking up in the fall by catering to over 1,000 students on the Columbia lawn.
