Counting Room, South Brooklyn Pizza, More Certified Open

1) Williamsburg: The Counting Room, a new bi-level bar focusing on cocktails and small plates, opened three weeks ago on North 11th and Berry. It looks like a great spot when the windows are open in the nice weather. Check out the menu here and early reviews here. Status: Certified Open; 44 Berry St., 718-599-1860.

2) East Village: There is no working phone and no signage, but the East Village location of South Brooklyn Pizza is certified open. A slice is $4, pie is $28. Stools, tables and beer and wine are still on the way. Status: Certified Open; 122 1st Ave., no working phone yet.

3) Flatiron: Bar Breton has relaunched its crepe and ice cream cart for the season. It sits in front of the restaurant and should run until late fall. Status: Certified Open; 254 5th Ave., 212-213-4999

4) Chelsea: Speaking of crepes, Bar Suzette, a new crepe bar, opening yesterday in Chelsea Market. Status: Certified Open; 425 W. 15th St.
