A tipster sends in photo evidence of yet another branch of the ever-growing New York pizza chain Two Boots. This time Phil Hartman is bringing his Larry Tates and Tony Cliftons to a whole new universe—the Upper West Side. It's a good thing too, because things were looking bleak up there what with the closings of BarBao and Eighty One in the same week. Plus, locals report that the area is a bit of a pizza wasteland (with the minor exception of Sal & Carmine's).
The signage just went up on Broadway between 95th and 96th, and the work permit is just a week old, so don't expect a debut anytime soon. Just know that delicious, pizza goodness is on its way.
