A well placed sourced tells Eater that Abe and Arthur's, the six month-old Meatpacking District bar and restaurant helmed by chef Franklin Becker, is planning on opening three new locations, "one on the east side, one in midtown (57th and Sixth) and one on the west side." It's not so shocking seeing how they seem to pack those MePa glamazons in there pretty regularly, both for the restaurant and the downstairs lounge SL.
Abe & Arthur's co-owner Eugene Remm confirms that they're looking—more specifically that they are "aggressively looking to grow"—but says they have yet to find the perfect spaces and lock down the leases. They're looking to expand upon the Abe & Arthur's brand and launch new concepts currently in the works.
