MIDTOWN—The Four Seasons restaurant has named two chefs to follow the brief tenure of the last toque Fabio Trabocchi. Pecko Zantilaveevan, the restaurant's exec sous chef for the past 10 years, and Larry Finn, formerly the executive chef of Gray Kunz's Café Gray, share the title of exec chef and started about a month ago. Despite what they say about too many cooks and the broth and whatnot, perhaps it will work. They both look psyched in that picture to the right, right? The two chefs are launching a collection of four prix-fixe menus, priced at $25, $45, $65 and $85. [EaterWire]
