CHELSEA— People's Pops, a veteran of the Brooklyn Flea, opened a storefront today in Chelsea Market. From the owner: "The shop is right by Chelsea Market's new set of doors on 15th st. b/w 9th and 10th avenue, near Jacques Torres and Lucy's Whey in the so-called "Arcade." You'll know us by the 14-foot counter made of popsicle sticks and the big shiny block of ice.
