Flo Fab reports the Wally Chin, the owner of the Midtown Chinese restaurant Chin Chin is expanding. In Mid-May he will open Walle, a restaurant serving "homestyle Chinese dishes based on more American concepts like burgers," with chef Chris Cheung. Already planned for the menu: the WallyBurger.
