Exactly one month ago today, reps for mega restaurateur Stephen Hanson announced that he would close his somewhat tired MePa restaurant Vento and reopen a branch of his hyper successful and super sceney Mexican chain Dos Caminos in its place. That Dos Caminos opens tonight a 5 PM. This new branch offers the same fare from chef Ivy Stark as the others with the usual lineup of guac, empanadas, tacos, and bigger plates, with a few original dishes thrown in.
