Forget the hordes dining al fresco on the Bowery over the weekend. The real sign that spring is upon the dining world of NYC is the above picture: restaurateur Alan Harding prepping his seasonal bar, the Carroll Gardens favorite and Eater obsession, Gowanus Yacht Club. The GYC doesn't typically open until mid-April, but perhaps it will have an earlier debut this year.
