Chain restaurants across the country are getting on this small plate/sharable plate bandwagon that New York restaurants have been riding for awhile now, realizing it can quickly boost sales. Oh and there's this (cringe): "Casual-dining chains are trying just about anything. They're particularly eager to attract socially minded Millennials who are just as comfortable sharing a plate of food as they are sharing social media." [USA Today]
