Things got a bit wild at Perks on Smith Street last week when a woman punched another woman in the face and incited a brawl. When the police arrived, the woman managed to both punch and bite the officer who was trying to arrest her. Meanwhile, her male companion took advantage of her struggle with the cops to try to steal a wallet. Needless to say, he was arrested as well. Just another wild night on Smith Street.
