2010_03_dobbarbao.jpgAs mentioned in the previous post about BarBao's shuttering, the former chef de cuisine at the UWS restaurant Jennifer Hill is now at Michael Huynh's new East Village restaurant DOB 111. Reps for the restaurant now say that her food is so similar to what she served uptown that Huynh is considering changing the name of DOB to BarBao. Because why let such a good Bao-ism die?
