Kuti's, Le Da Nang, Bodega Certified Open; Lowlands Friday

1) East Village: Le Da Nang, the new Vietnamese restaurant in the old Sea Thai space on 2nd Ave. between 4th and 5th is now open. Status: Certified Open; 75 Second Ave., 212-505-9533.

2) Harlem: Harlem Bespoke notes that Kuti's, a sandwich shop on 116th near Morningside Park, opened last week. It specializes in West African French-style sandwiches. Status: Certified Open; 355 West 116th Street, 212-222-1127.

3) Bushwick: Bushwick BK announces the arrival of Bodega, a new wine bar on St. Nicholas Avenue and Troutman in Bushwick. Already it seems to be a hit in the neighborhood and will soon serve small plates of meat and cheese. Status: Certified Open; 24 St. Nicholas Ave.

4) Gowanus: TONY reports on the opening of Lowlands, a new bar on 3rd between 13th and 14th: "Lowlands features a 'wackadoo arrangement of things'...including church-pew banquettes and green, tasseled light fixtures. The dozen tap beers, meanwhile, range from craft brands like Goose Island to mass-market ones such as Stella Artois." Status: Not open, opening tomorrow; 543 Third Ave, Brooklyn, 347-463-9458.

5) Williamsburg: Pinkerton Wine Bar has opened on North 6th and Havemeyer in Williamsbrug in the space that once housed the underwhelming but affordable N.6. Right now they're jut serving wine and beer but hope to serve small plates in the future. Status: Certified open; 263 North 6th St. 718-782-7171.
