Over on the Top Chef alum circuit Bloomberg catches up with Season Four's Spike Mendelsohn today and gets some details on his latest project, "We, the Pizza." Spike's second restaurant is set to open mid-April, and will serve New York-style pizza, with (surprise, surprise) an emphasis on "regional, farm-fresh ingredients." He says he did his research at Emporio, (the recently departed) Una Pizza Napoletana, and Michelle Obama fave Grimaldi's.
