Tonight, Kenmare, Paul Sevigny and Nur Khan's redo of the failed Civetta space, finally opens to the public after some fashion week preview parties last month. The new owners are going to great lengths to assert this is a serious restaurant project, not a nightlife spot, and to back up those claims, they've installed The Little Owl and Market Table owner Joey Campanaro at the stoves. His menu is below, and for those who want more party from the notorious Beatrice Inn alums, no worries. Sevigny tells WWD: “We have a very exciting space we’re working on right now...Hopefully within a month or two it’s going to be open, and people will forget the Beatrice ever existed." Excitement.
