Michael Bao's DOB 111 Now Serving Head Cheese Sandwiches

DOB 111, Michael Huynh's new French-Vietnamese spot in the old Australian space, soft opened to the public over the weekend and will open again tomorrow for dinner (it's closed today due to an event). Dinner will run all this week, lunch begins next week, but his and chef Jennifer Hill's take on brunch can be had even without early opening hours. Also on the menu are items are varied as beef cheek goulash, a duck burger with foie gras, croq monsieur with head cheese, and frog legs soup.
