The First Plywood Pic of Ma Peche, Opening Later this Month

No, it's not much, but sometimes you take what you can get. Above right, see a small peek at the work being done at David Chang's Momo Midtown a.k.a Ma Peche. Sources who have been inside say that the space is still in a serious construction phase, but that when completed, it will be something to see indeed. We're hearing the restaurant may begin serving in the first floor dining room space (remember predecessor Town had two floors plus the mezzanine) before the lower level basement space reaches completion. New bar service could begin even earlier. Last word was that FOH training would begin next week.

An electro freeze machine was spotted inside the work in progress yesterday, so the Milk Bar portion is well underway. And the below delivery arrived last week.
