A couple of weeks ago a barista at neighborhood standby Greenpoint Coffee House told an Eater tipster that they would be sadly closing on April 1. Unfortunately that date has been moved up...to right now. A note from the owners: "this is a lamentable moment. An era will end on Monday and memories of the Greenpoint Coffee House will live on, on their own anomalous terms."
