For Your Friday Afternoon Enjoyment, Josh Capon, the Franks

A couple of surprisingly entertaining restaurant world videos this Friday afternoon. First up, the folks at Nightline send over their latest Platelist video, this one focusing on the Super Bowl and the ever animated Lure chef Josh Capon. Watch him make chicken lollipops and pico de gallo, explain why the wives are excluded from his annual Super Bowl party (mainly, they get in the way), and his wish for his life (to be able to eat with impunity).

Meanwhile Grub Street notices that Vice has posted a new installation of their Munchies video series with the endearing stoner duo Frank Falcinelli and Frank Castronovo of Frankies and Prime Meats. They hit up Brooklyn pizzerias Roberta's and Motorino and head back home to demo some serious meatball skills. Watch them both below.
