EV Grieve reports that Moonstruck Diner, the greasy spoon on 5th street and 2nd Ave., has been shuttered by the DOH. Not the typical yellow sticker affair, the diner now has papered over windows and a sign in the window citing "plumbing" problems. Another notice in the door announces a public hearing for their enclosed sidewalk cafe. [EVG]
