Today Feast learns that Gabriel Stulman, owner of West Village hotspot Joseph Leonard, plans to open a new restaurant later this year in a space directly across the street. The new joint will be a luncheonette/oyster bar/retail space with Chef Jim McDuffee and another JL alum in the kitchen. Stulman projects a September opening. [Feast]
