The Breslin/Spotted Pig head honcho Ken Friedman doesn't see it happening anytime soon: “I’m from California; I didn’t move 3,500 miles across the country to live in Brooklyn. I don’t have any real connection with it. If we were interested, we would team up with someone who lives there and knows [it]....I just don’t know that much about the restaurant scene in Brooklyn aside from loving Marlow & Sons, Diner, Vinegar Hill House, Motorino and, of course, Junior’s.” [TONY]
