2010_02_hoarder.jpgA cast iron obsessive and East Village hoarder wants to create "Museum of Hearth and Kitchen." It would "trace the history of premodern cooking, from the stone-age until about 1950, with exhibits, re-enactments (like Conestoga wagon cooking) and an on-site restaurant where chefs prepare meals using bygone techniques."
