Hanson Will Turn Vento into a Money Minting Dos Caminos

Rumors have been kicking around for a couple of months within the industry that Stephen Hanson would be transforming his 9th Avenue/Hudson St. restaurant Vento into something new. And the time for transformation is now! Flo Fab reports that after dinner this Sunday night, six year-old Vento will close for good to be replaced a mere two months later by a new branch of his more popular eatery Dos Caminos. Dos Caminos Meatpacking will be Hanson's fourth local location and fifth nationwide location in the money-making chain.
