Back in October, Andrew Carmellini announced he would launch a series of all you can eat pasta dinners in the private dining room of Locanda Verde as a follow up to his weirdly popular fried chicken dinners in the late summer '09. Now, the Robs report the dinners will launch in one week on Feb. 8, just a couple of weeks after his most recent black truffle deal. The dinners include three courses for $39 and, as a bonus, "lobster-style bibs emblazoned with the legend 'spaghetti.'" Carms demoed what's in store just moments ago on the Today show for Al Roker and Ann Curry.
