NOHO— From the tipline about a fire at BondSt: "Smoke started coming into the lounge downstairs around 845...patrons were told to 'sit tight' and 'not leave' as firefighters blasted through one of the walls searching for the fire. We were not told to evacuate for another 20 or 30 mins. They continued to serve people in the upstairs dining room." Reps at the restaurant report that there was sidewalk debris that caught on fire, and the firefighters had to knock a hole in the wall to make sure the fire wasn't inside. [EaterWire]
