The Feast reports that the owners of Summit Bar over on Avenue C are taking over the recently closed Elephant space on 1st Street between 1st and 2nd Avenues. Summit's Hamid Rashidzada and Greg Seider are partnering up with Jean Georges alum Kyle Herrman to open Prima Strada, an Italian restaurant with entrees tapping out at around $22. [The Feast]
