UPPER EAST SIDE— Grub Street reports that Wade Burch, chef at waterfront restaurant Steamer’s Landing, will be the executive chef at Neely’s Barbecue Parlor, the new restaurant from TV chefs Pat and Gina Neely. The restaurant should open in February. [GS]
