Ten Ten, Soigne Restaurant, Dough, and More Certified Open

1) Kips Bay: Per a release, Josh Eden of Shorty's .32 has teamed with fashion designer Sally Wu to open TenTen, an upscale Pan-Asian takeout spot serving items like steamed buns, roasted duck noodles, pork katsu and Thai-inspired salads. 2) Hell's Kitchen: T Magazine profiles Lior Lev Sercarz and his brick and mortar outpost of spice emporium La Boîte à Epice. After creating spice blends for the city's top toques for years, he decided to launch a retail venture. Status: Certified Open; 724 11th Ave, 212-873-0491

3) Crown Heights: Brooklynian brings word that sushi spot Sakura Tokyo has opened on Nostrand Ave, offering a selection of rolls, bento boxes and cooked dishes. Status: Certified Open; 604 Nostrand Ave, 718-756-8787

4) Park Slope: The Times brings word that Brooklyn catering company Soigne has opened their first restaurant, Soigne Restaurant and Wine Bar, in the former Magnolia space on the corner of Sixth Ave and 12th St. They're offering a $27 3-course prix fixe on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. 5) Bedford-Stuyvesant: Bed-Stuy Blog reports that Dough, the doughnut shop from the Choice Market folks, is serving up fried goodness on the corner of Lafayette and Franklin Sts. 6) Fort Greene: Also from the Times, the casual and smartly designed Thai restaurant National is serving its vast menu of curries on Fulton St near Lafayette. Status: Certified Open; 723 Fulton St, 718-522-3510

7) Noho: FloFab reports that Jeremy Wladis, the owner of Columbia's Brad's, has opened a second branch downtown near NYU with the same menu of sandwiches, pizzas and beer. Status: Certified Open; 10 Waverly Pl, 212-673-8301
