Hotel Chantelle, a multi-story multi-purpose two years late Lower East Side bar/restaurant/potential club soft opened its bar portion a couple of weeks ago. But now it's officially open. Which means we get these nifty photos and the below cocktail menus. As a refresher, when this thing is fully unveiled, it will include a restaurant, a cocktail lounge, an "Edward scissorhandian topiary garden," and a lounge accessed only by skeleton key. The restaurant will be seasonal but not in the way you're thinking. As the seasons change, the menus will reflect "the locales French colonial ships would have docked based on the time of year." For instance, in the winter, expect food from Shanghai. (Colonial food is going well, right Double Crown?)

Unfortunately, for now, it's just the cocktail lounge, the menu for which is below.
