The afternoon of cookbook giveaways is soon coming to a close, but not before we release a doozy. Up now: the wonderful Avec Eric cookbook by famed chef Eric Ripert.
How to win? Email contests@eater.com before 10 PM telling us what you would do with Ripert if you got to spend a full day with him. Where would you go, what would you do? Nothing wrong with a little fan fiction.
