Looks like the folks at Pulino's Bar & Pizzeria didn't like the first grade they got from the Department of Health. Or make that the first two grades they got. According to the DOH site, the McNally pizzeria received 26 violation points in early November—a high B grade—for "Tobacco use, eating, or drinking from open container in food preparation," for potentially contaminating raw food, and the like. Then they upgraded to 14 violation points two weeks later, just missing the A mark. Now they're giving it another shot to avoid that B grade and further line the pockets of the DOH.
